Two days ago, I was invited to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, to deliver an exciting presentation on Iskandar Malaysia Property Outlook, It’s Economy, High Speed Rail and Rail Transit System. Also, not forgetting to have a Project Highlights for the organiser – UE Sanjia, a China Developer from Sichuan.
I woke up like 6am in the morning to catch my early taxi to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). I guess I have not been to this airport for quite a number of years. Most of the time, my flight is either in the Old Airport or KLIA2. All right, this round let me try out the service from Malindo Air, flying from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu.
My flight suppose to be on 9.25am, but to my disappointment, the flight get delayed by an hour long 🙁
Ok, finally I am onboard! Safe journey to the East Malaysia 🙂
I reached Kota Kinabalu during lunch hour. The organiser fetched me to check out the venue, make myself familiar to the stage and its settings. Once done, they fetched me to check in my hotel near the KK Times Square.
As I know, there is a Property Exhibition located just right opposite at the Imago Shopping Mall. I went to check it out, and to my surprise, I met lots of KL people (the exhibitors), there are my friends working in different property developers and agencies. What a coincidences, haha…
Ok, this is the stage of myself giving an hour presentation to more than 150 attendees during that night.
I just done sharing my humble opinions on Iskandar Malaysia before sitting down to have my dinner together with the developer and have some interaction session with the audiences.
