Sunway Iskandar announced a new hotspot for fresh food purveyors – the 20,000 sq ft Jaya Grocer in Citrine Hub today, the grocer’s maiden entry into Johor, and its 22nd outlet in Malaysia.

“We are delighted to join the first community that is being created here in Sunway Iskandar. Jaya Grocer at Sunway Citrine Hub will feature premium products and imported food items from America, Europe and Australasia. We will also carry a range of organic product and gluten-free food for the health conscious,” said Dato’ Fazley Yaakob, Brand Ambassador of Jaya Grocer.

19th Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Convocation Ceremony 2016

The Deputy Minister of Finance Yang Berhormat Datuk Chua Tee Yong and Director General of Valuation and Property Services Datuk Faizan bin Abdul Rahman (second right) with the award recipients: (From left) Property Manager of the Year Sr. Adzman Shah bin Haji Mohd Ariffin, Valuer of the Year Sr. P. Tangga Peragasam, and Estate Agent of the Year was awarded to Soma Sundram a/l Krishnaswamy.

After undergoing years of study, practical lessons and passing a number of critical examinations, 171 recipients were recognised with the Authority to Practice for both the valuation and estate agency professions at the 19th Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents (BOVAEA) Convocation Ceremony held today.

Officiated by Yang Berhormat Datuk Chua Tee Yong, Deputy Minister of Finance, Ministry of Finance Malaysia, the event also saw 63 graduates receive their Diploma in Estate Agency marking their first foray into their career as a professional Estate Agent.

EVENT: 2nd Launching of Country Garden Diamond City Phase 2

2 weeks ago, I posted a similar blogpost on the Official Launching Event of Country Garden Diamond City at Semenyih.

To my surprise, today I received a call from the developer again, saying they going to have 2nd Launching for their Phase 2 Terrace Home! During their 1st Launch, all the units are FULLY SOLD! That’s a pretty overwhelming response isn’t it?

I thought the market sentiment is now on the low side? But I’m wrong, this project is still performing well! I guess the buyers are falling in love with the peaceful and romantic ambience of the township, as well as the selling price are still within the reasonable and affordable range.
