今天来马六甲真的收获不少呢！
早上和中午去了两个发展商的项目开幕，下午还顺便拜访了朋友开的民宿，就在客家公会哪里。
没想到，昨天尽然也是《传说古城》故事馆的开幕，就在我朋友的民宿楼上，实在太方便了，可谓一石击二鸟啊，呵呵！
来，让我们进入时光隧道，一起回顾历史追忆老行业！
拜访马六甲客家公会民宿
出席了两场房产项目盛大开盘后，我跑去拜访朋友在马六甲开的客家公会民宿。
很多当地的朋友一直告诉我，他们在马六甲有搞民宿生意，而且利润还不错的。更有朋友最近一直在计划买几间三层排屋要拿来做民宿。
看来，不去了解一下是不可以的了！

How to take a coach from KL to Singapore?
Last week (7-9 June 2014) I was traveling from KL to Singapore for a business + leisure trip.
But the problem was, I have never been to Singapore like 10 years?
I got no clue which bus / coach should I take to travel from KL to reach Singapore.
The first thing I did was ask around and google on it. Many options popped up from the search engine results.
Now, I am facing two problems here:-
1) Which bus / coach company is safe, comfortable, reliable and with a reasonable price?
2) Most of the pickup points are located far from where I stay. Should I take a cab to reach the pick up point or rent a budget hotel nearby stay overnight? Because I plan to set off very early in the morning like 6am. That means I got to wake up like 4am / 5am to start preparing my stuffs.
Solutions:-
1) I asked around some friends and also the JefferyLam.com blog community for advices. To my surprise, you all are really helpful by giving me lots of input and suggestions. Most of the votes goes to Aeroline.
So I went to Sunway Pyramid, there is a Aeroline counter located opposite of the main entrance of Sunway Theme Park. I chose a good seat on the upper level and bought the ticket at RM95 per trip.
National Achievers Congress 2014
Last week (23 & 25 May 2014), I spend most of my time inside The Mines Convention Centre – Kuala Lumpur, attending the National Achievers Congress 2014.
While on 24 May 2014, I was invited to attend another Oversea Property Talk at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. Hmm….I thought it was those oversea property as in condominium or landed house, but it was about land banking somewhere near UK. After all, still a good catch up of what’s happening in the market right now. So, I skipped one day of NAC 2014.
This is my very first time attending to NAC (National Achievers Congress).

Today (27.05.2014) I just had an appointment with a developer in Puchong South to gather some updates on their current project as well as the property market trend.
We discussed on the challenges face by most of the buyers nowadays. Both of us agreed that, the stricter rules on the loan application and the affordability issues seem to be the most concerning.
After that appointment, I went to check out my own property site, bought in 2012, now is still under construction.
This is a very low density condominium project, total about 277 units only. Surrounded by lot of shoplots build by Naza TTDI and Equine (or now called Global Oriental Berhad), opposite is Alice Smith International School and 3 mins away is AEON Jusco.
