Sunway Iskandar announced a new hotspot for fresh food purveyors – the 20,000 sq ft Jaya Grocer in Citrine Hub today, the grocer’s maiden entry into Johor, and its 22nd outlet in Malaysia.

“We are delighted to join the first community that is being created here in Sunway Iskandar. Jaya Grocer at Sunway Citrine Hub will feature premium products and imported food items from America, Europe and Australasia. We will also carry a range of organic product and gluten-free food for the health conscious,” said Dato’ Fazley Yaakob, Brand Ambassador of Jaya Grocer.

新发现！马六甲终于出现了一间高端，豪华，海滩又近在咫尺的3层楼半独立式洋房民宿。位置就坐落在Jalan Klebang Besar。

相信大家都有听闻过马六甲著名的 Klebang Original Coconut Shake 椰子冰沙吧？这是每到马六甲时必到的地方与品尝的冷饮料。没错，这家民宿就离它2公里而已！是不是很棒呢？傍晚时分，也可以带一家大小到 Dataran 1 Malaysia （一个马来西亚广场）的 Pantai Klebang 海滩游游泳，放风筝，骑马和品尝这里的特色 “巴士套餐”。

这家民宿坐落于一个高尚与拥有保安监管系统的住宅区内。大部分的业主都是买来自用为主，所以保安方面是特别严厉，也不允许来宾们在这大吵大闹。从民宿步行30秒就有一个私人社区泳池和健身房，开车出外2分钟就是海滩。如果要来这里开烧烤聚会的友们，也可提前告知，我们会代您向管理层申请与交付押金。

这是一家非常适合一群朋友或家人们到马六甲玩乐时的民宿首选。它拥有 5间房和 5间厕所，一共 6张双人床，还可另加 4个床垫，16人同住一屋檐下绝对不是问题。

从这民宿出发到市区和鸡场街，其实都花不上15分钟的车程，因为去年开通了一条全新的滨海大道，大大疏散了车流量。之前有住过这民宿的贵宾们，大家都大赞这地点真的很方便。

Condo Interior Design and Decoration

My condo was just rented out this month. My tenant accepted the offer of a basic unit with just grille, lights, fans, water heater and curtain railings installed; nothing fancy done to that unit. And guess what, today I went to my condo again, to check on some minor fixing issue, I got a big shock when I saw the Interior Design and Decorations been done.

Actually this is just a basic makeover been done at the living and dining area. Since this is a rental unit, so can’t do in a massive way…..you know what I meant

I can imagine, it can be even more cozy and homey, when the wallpapers are putting on; as well the plaster ceilings fitted on the above.

Looking for Homestay Operator at Bentong

Heading anywhere for this short break holiday?

For myself, I just stay back at KL doing some works. Well, yesterday morning I had a meeting with a chinese land owner, who owned 5 units of Luxorious 3 stories of Green Villa at Hartamas Villa @ Taman Bukit Bentong. He asked me some opinions on the homestay business. In fact, he actually doesn’t have the intention to involve into the operation part, but to look for an experienced Homestay Operators to run the show. I’m not sure if you are interested or you have any associates or friends who might be keen on this?

Bentong is near to Bukit Tinggi, Janda Baik, Genting Highland and Raub. It can be one of the best weekend getaway for your family members or working colleagues.

The first  option, you may rent the whole unit, do your own furnishing. The rental of course will be lower, as it is in bare condition.

Another option, the landlord actually don’t mind to fully furnished the villas for you, to lower down the upfront setup costing, but the rental will be higher. Fair deal right?

Springville Residences – Rushing For Handover

My own condo Springville Residences at Taman Equine Seri Kembangan.

After done installing the grilles at main entrance and yard area, now is time to fix up all the LED Lights, Fans and Curtain Railings. Planning to handover the property to my new tenant by end of October.

Didn’t do a massive renovations for this unit. Just keep it simple and nice.

Am quite lucky, this property doesn’t have much defects, only some minor things to fix up, and all are done before the final handover.
