Living and travelling at the country’s central hub of transportation

July 21, 2016 by Jeffery Lam

The Kuala Lumpur Sentral CBD is the perfect hub of transportation in Malaysia, whether it is for short or long haul. It is a purpose-built development designed to offer excellent accessibility and connectivity, and is built to be fully integrated with Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia’s largest and world class transportation hub.

KL Sentral
The Kuala Lumpur Sentral CBD provides intra-city, inter-city and global connectivity with its combination of seven major rail systems, namely the KLIA Express Rail Link, KLIA Transit, Putra LRT, Star LRT, KTM Komuter, KTM Intercity, KL Monorail, and upcoming Mass Rail Transit (MRT) extensions.

The comprehensive integrated network of railways at KL Sentral makes living in its vicinity a truly convenient experience. Amongst the last few remaining new developments in this precious hub is the Sentral Suites by MRCB.

Commuters can easily get to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or Putrajaya the federal administrative centre of Malaysia. A major plus point for international travellers traveling from KL Sentral is that the station has a dedicated Global Destination Code of XKL by the International Air Travel Association (IATA) for its facilities that enable quick access to flights to destinations around the world.

Commuters will also be able to get to key business districts such as the Kuala Lumpur city centre, or even to other states such as Johor and Seremban. Weekend trips have never been easier than hopping on a train and ending up in Ipoh less than 3 hours later for some well deserved street food.

For those who work in the area, they love not needing to be stuck in traffic congestion on a daily basis as they can utilise the trains to get to and fro work. In addition to the rail lines, Kuala Lumpur Sentral CBD also enjoys easy accessibility to major roads and highways. Among them are Jalan Bangsar, Lebuhraya Mahameru, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Jalan Istana, Jalan Damansara, Jalan Syed Putra, New Pantai Expressway and Federal Highway.

Coupled with its excellent network of highways and public transportation, the Kuala Lumpur Sentral CBD is the preferred business-and-lifestyle address destination with its world-class office space and 10GB data backbone infrastructure. The hub still attracts MNC companies to set up business in the area, with its well-balanced lifestyle that is designed not only for today but for the future as well.
