I really love the concept of Mr.Primus, as the MD and Creator, “stand out” to brief us the whole concept and story behind why he wants to build this project? Really appreciate it!
I do urge other Property Developers create more this type of contents to share with the public (their followers, buyers and investors). We will definitely understand better when hearing from the mastermind. We can even feel their sincerity, hearts and souls when they speak.
It is not too difficult to produce something like the above video, I believed every Property Developer should do the same too. If you don’t have a videographer, I can refer someone to you. Contact Me if you want 🙂
Personally, I am a guy more towards to audio and visual contents, I can consume those points and contents better.
So often, when people looking to buy a property, they will typically ask these questions:-
1. What is the build up area?
2. How many bedrooms and bathrooms?
3. What is the selling price?
4. Is it facing East or West?
5. Any swimming pool, gym, facilities and etc…..
I think it is time to think beyond. And, the first move, it has got to do with the Developer Team (Architect, Urban Designer, Landscape Artist and etc). If no one in the Developer Team willing to share and answer those “deeper” questions, no one is willing to ask. From now on, same thing, I do urge the Developer Team, please share more info with us. You need to educate us 🙂
