Informa to Launch Cityscape In Malaysia

Dubai, 13 October 2014 – The organiser of the renowned Cityscape events, Informa Exhibitions, has announced that the latest edition of the world’s largest portfolio of real estate investment and development events will be held in Malaysia. Actually I got a shock! We didn’t contact each other for many many years, I am not sure what’s the purpose of his call.

We started to chat, I couldn’t recognize his voice, sound a bit different from last time.

He asked me what am I doing right now? I said property.

He continued….

He told me he always see me post and share lots of property write up and news inside Facebook. I said yeah, I love to share good stuffs and my thoughts with friends and fans.

Selangor New Guidelines for Foreign Purchases

QUICK SUMMARY
EFFECTIVE 1 SEPTEMBER 2014 :::

1. This new guideline shall apply to all Sale & Purchase Agreement which are dated after 1 September 2014.

2. Foreign Purchasers refer to any purchase made by non-Malaysian, PR Holders and Foreign Companies.

3. The properties in Selangor shall be categorised into three (3) zones, as the following:

ZONE 1
– Daerah Petaling
– Daerah Gombak
– Daerah Hulu Langat
– Daerah Sepang
– Daerah Klang

ZONE 2:
– Daerah Kuala Selangor
– Daerah Kuala Langat

ZONE 3:
– Daerah Hulu Selangor
– Daerah Sabak Bernam
