昨天我和朋友特地开车从吉隆坡到访马六甲考察和体验拿督陈尚成博士的马六甲 Gold Coast Water City Resort，还有机会 “试住” 了一晚呢，感觉还真不错！已经有两栋楼可以开始入住了，其余的一些设备也陆陆续续在完善当中。
哪里的负责人带我们去逛了一圈，看看示范单位，还听说已经卖了90％了，不错！当中也有来自国外的投资者。

今早在 Bukit Kiara 一带出席这个《Housing Forum 2015》还真有意思！来了好多重量级人物包括有媒体，政府官员，发展商和买家协会，各大经济学系大学代表等等。今天主要探讨可负担房屋的一系列课题。看了一些专业人士台上分享的数据，让我有感而发，现在深思中。。。
PRESS RELEASE: First Ever Dinosaur Alive Show At Johor Draws Huge Crowd
Johor Bahru, 22 September 2015 – In line with its initiative to be committed to nurture a holistic and liveable township, Sunway Property, the Master Community Developer, recently organized the first ever Dinosaur Alive Show and Outdoor Movie By the Lake activity in Sunway Iskandar, Johor.
Drawing a crowd of more than 5,000, the event took place on 19th September at the Nature’s Capital City. The well-received event was participated by members of the public especially kids who were flabbergasted as they got to experience one of a kind activities such as feeding a baby T-Rex, exciting show witnessing a duel between Triceratops and Stegosaurus, zookeepers dance, photography session with the dinosaur with other exciting line-ups including fun games. Many lucky kids were extremely excited to have the privilege to be invited to ride on top of the Triceratops guided by the zookeeper. Later in the evening, attendees were treated to the screening of movie Jurassic World, the first outdoor movie screening in Johor, by the serene Emerald Lake with free snack packs.

Jeffery Lam New Namecard
It has been quite a while (the past 1 year) I didn’t use Namecard, as I prefer to contact via WeChat or Whatsapp.
Another reason is, the designer normally don’t produce what I wanted, so I drag and drag on this matter….
But this round I have no choice, I got to meet quite a number of book readers, fans, developers, agents and etc. I quickly engaged another friend (who is also my book reader) to design for me, I told him the color scheme and design have to follow my book concept, and he did it!
I then put up a poll at my WeChat and Facebook for friends to vote, which design they like – A or B? Initially, to my surprise, Facebook friends mostly love A, WeChat friends love B. I came into dilemma, I don’t know which one to choose or should I print two design altogether, 2 box each??
By the way, if you can’t understand the Slogan 《靠创意赢天下的房产人》, it simply means “I am the Property Man who use Creativity to outshine others”.
Finally, my decision as shown below, LOL! If you still love design A, no problem, I can send you the softcopy. If you love design B, then I give you the hardcopy. If you choose the middle design, then you got to treat me a cup of coffee, haha! See you guys soon…
Haze in Kuala Lumpur September 2015
The air pollution in Malaysia is now terrible! Due to the haze situation, we have to put on our mask when going outdoor. I actually prefer to stay indoor during this time, but since the reader had banked in for me to courier the book, I have to deliver.
Stay indoor and drink more water! Temporary off for property outing or viewing!
大马房地产发展商如何看待2015年的经济？
2015年，你们还过得好吗？
GST 来了，百物上涨，房价局高，马币贬值，政治现在还。。。
昨晚翻阅报章看了一些有关本地上市发展商公司的资料，就不提名字啦，在这里和大家分享一下吧。
报导当中的六家公司，有四家表示乐观，还有两家会在公司策略与大方向有所改变。
A公司：
感觉今年的房市不太景气，而且成交有显缓慢，会把公司的销售目标陆续降低。马币贬值对他们影响不算太大，因为多数采购的建筑材料都是本地制造。相反，他们觉得会有更多的外国投资者投向大马房产，汇率现在较低，外国人会先进场等汇率和房价上升后，就能两边赚。
B 公司：
马币贬值导致建筑成本提高。有部分的建筑材料是外国进口，以美金计算，估计加重成本10％－15％，最多会到20％。不过还是对公司的项目很有信心，因为都在很卓越的地点做开发，不担心销售。
C 公司：
觉得2016年会更加挑战，计划把一些要推介的项目延后到2017年。先把现有的商品给清货。会继续收购好的土地当储备。
D 公司：
刚刚在槟城一带收购了大片土地。融资方面就靠内部和银行的支持。对未来公司的发展保持乐观。
E 公司：
未来两年会有总值15亿的项目工程，还会投标一个200亿的项目。会比较选择基础建设的工程比如MRT2
F 公司：
对公司在管理着的商场门市租户很有信心。目前都在100％入租率，不担心租户不续约，因为商场地点占很大优势。
所以，一个经济不景气，有人欢喜有人忧，这是很正常的。我们一起加油吧！多点观察市场，或许会有更多您意想不到的商机出现呢。

为公司商品项目取个好名，我觉得是发展商的一大任务！
取个好听，好念又好记的名，能够为项目加分不少！
今天，在报章看到这个，K.L.C.C，不过不是在吉隆坡的哪个 KLCC！

EVENT: Sunway Iskandar Jurassic World Outdoor Movie By The Lake
Yesterday I stumbled across this exciting event organized by Sunway Iskandar called “Jurassic World Outdoor Movie By The Lake” which will be held on the 19 Sept 2015 (Saturday).
By right, I am suppose to travel South (Johor) by today. But somehow I postponed my schedule due to the unpredictable haze situation now. I need to go visit Sunway Iskandar to look at the site progress of Citrine Office and pick up some documents at their office too. Anyway, I delayed my schedule.
So eager to attend this Jurassic World event, but it falled on the same day of my daughter birthday, so I need to travel back Perak for the celebration. Hmmm….what should I do now?
