After attending Jaymuda Skyline Industrial Park Grand Launching, I am heading to another Launching – The Heights Residence by Scientex, also in Malacca.
This project is just located next to MMU. This is obviously students rental market, if you are buying for investment.
I didn’t stay too long there. I left before the celebrities came on 3pm. What a waste indeed.
