EVENT: 2nd Launching of Country Garden Diamond City Phase 2

2 weeks ago, I posted a similar blogpost on the Official Launching Event of Country Garden Diamond City at Semenyih.

To my surprise, today I received a call from the developer again, saying they going to have 2nd Launching for their Phase 2 Terrace Home! During their 1st Launch, all the units are FULLY SOLD! That’s a pretty overwhelming response isn’t it?

I thought the market sentiment is now on the low side? But I’m wrong, this project is still performing well! I guess the buyers are falling in love with the peaceful and romantic ambience of the township, as well as the selling price are still within the reasonable and affordable range.

If you missed the 1st Launching two weeks ago, this coming weekend please make yourself available ok?

Country Garden Diamond City Site Visit

I think my very last visit to this site was 2 years plus ago! During that time, they still do not have a proper access road to it.

Can’t believe, within such a short period, the whole landscape has changed so much! And, I just had an impromptu site visit this afternoon to Diamond City, which is located at Semenyih.
