Yesterday I was attending the Greenland Malaysia Global Investment Conference Event organised at St.Giles Hotel, The Gardens, Kuala Lumpur. The developer invited their distinguished guest from different industries such as local/international Merchants, finance, media, real estate and etc.

Now they are promoting their Smart City in Johor. In this particular 128 acres integrated development, Helios Cove, they are bringing in school, cultural street, snow theme park, office tower, kids entertainment center and etc.
