Scientex The Heights Residence Grand Launching Event 07.09.2014
After attending Jaymuda Skyline Industrial Park Grand Launching, I am heading to another Launching – The Heights Residence by Scientex, also in Malacca.
This project is just located next to MMU. This is obviously students rental market, if you are buying for investment.

This morning I came to the project site, where the event was hosted, and witnessed the grand launching event by Jaymuda.
The show unit is their actual Detached Factory.
